VALLETTA END MEMORABLE 2018 IN WINNING STYLE

Valletta closed a memorable 2018, as they won their first match in the Elite Round against Tarxien Rainbows.

Tarxien had a very good game with many scoring opportunities and managed to reduce through Joselito Aguilera’s sole goal.

But the Citizens remained ahead with Jovica Milijic’s brace.

The local futsal league resumes after the Christmas break with the following matches:

First Division:

Monday 7th January, at the Corradino Sport Pavillion, Kick off 20:15

Elite:

Tuesday 8th January, at the Corradino Sport Pavillion, Kick off 20:15
L-Università ta’ Malta vs Valletta

Thursday 10th January, at the Corradino Sport Pavillion, Kick off 20:15
Tarxien Rainbows vs Swieqi United

Friday 11th January, at the Corradino Sport Pavillion, Kick off 20:15
Birkirkara vs Luxol

Following next week the league will break again between the 14th January and the 1st February, due to the Maltese national team commitments for the FIFA Futsal World Cup qualifiers.
