SEVEN NATIONS PARTICIPATE IN HITT ACADEMY TRAINING CAMP

HiTT Academy Malta just concluded an International Table Tennis Training Camp which was held at De La Salle College, Cottonera between April 29th and May 3rd.

Participating players hailed from Denmark, Sweden, Hungary, Holland, Serbia, Colombia and Malta.

Mads Skovsen DBTU and Danish National Coach, Martin Skov Jensen Roskilde BTK 61 Coach and HiTT Head coach Mario Genovese led the training camp.

Unfortunately, the legendary Allan Bentsen suffered a massive injury on the eve of the camp and could not travel to Malta although he will soon be visiting HiTT Academy.

This was not a run of the mill training camp but a highly technical camp run on professional standards with most players highly ranked in their respective countries.

Anton Jensen was the winner of this first HiTT Malta International Training camp tournament after meeting Martin Skov in the final. In the mini cadets section Sean Debono was the eventual gold medalist.

HiTT Academy is currently paving the way for an exciting summer program flying in various sparring partners from around Europe.
