The Malta Under-16 team began their commitments in the UEFA Boys Youth Development Mini-Tournament on a positive note after beating Andorra on penalties following a 1-1 draw at the Centenary Stadium.

Balzan Youths came from a goal down to salvage a point against Floriana after a 1-1 draw and open a four-point lead at the top of the Premier League.
Valletta St. Pauli registered a double against Melita after an 8-4 win and also getting closer to win the Cisk Masters Division One League title.
